She loves spending free time with her two grown children, along with golfing gardening, and traveling to Florence, Italy where she and her husband renovated a 14th century farmhouse.

Sheila is a very experienced real estate agent. I would recommend her for anyone looking for or selling a home. Her integrity and thoughtfulness make the process more straightforward. She makes a tremendous personal commitment to the people she works with. She collected us from the train station and drove us around all day and even fit in lunch. She took the time to show us schools, amenities, parks and activities that might interest our daughter. She included our daughter in the viewing process. She listened to us and understood what what we were looking for.
She knows EVERYONE in the business and makes the process fun. Shelia was dedicated to achieving everything we wanted including making trips to view backsplash tiles and floor stains. Her deep knowledge of the contractors and builders and other vendors helps you get comfortable with what you are buying. Your relationship doesn't end once the house is bought or sold, she continued to reach out to us to make sure everything was going well. Sheila Clemente was a great listener and very patient as we looked at many many homes in our search for a house in two different towns. Even when we did not find what we wanted in New Canaan and decided to look in Ridgefield she stepped up learning the area quickly and helping us find our dream home.
I work in the city and she was incredibly flexible meeting with us on weekends, week nights late after work. She just was a rock help us stay positive when it seemed we would never find the house we wanted. She always was straightforward and honest with us and even tough sometimes guiding us to not rush in as well as moving quickly at the right time.
Even after we found the house, her support continued on in the form of recommending great service people to paint, and set up the house the way we needed. We have moved alot and this move was made easier by far because of Sheila.
I strongly recommend her and would use her again in a heartbeat. Thanks.

Happy Seller
My family worked with Sheila Clemente at Brotherhood and Higley to sell a home we owned in New Canaan in 2013. It was a rental property for us that had been rented for approximately 8 years, and Sheila stepped right into the role of our realtor with an exceptional plan. She was comprehensive, well-informed, and a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond our expectations during the time we worked together. Home Buyer Happy
Sheila was great, we were able to be the first to see many homes as they were just coming on the market due to Sheila's network and knowledge of the area. We could not have been happier with our experience with Sheila. This was our first home purchase and Sheila took a personal interest in us. Not only in ensuring she understood our preferences, but in making sure we were well educated and informed on the many things that as new home buyers you may not realize or be aware of. In addition, she provided the best references for so many other things that you need (eg inspector, painter, housekeeping, etc) and each turned out to be wonderful. We never once felt any pressure at all and really would have been lost without her. We have her to thank for finding us the perfect home and now consider her a friend and always welcome in our home.

Home Search Success
Shelia showed the patience of a saint in 2011 as we searched for the ideal house in New Canaan that appeared not exist within our budget. Until, that is, she found it on Stonehenge Dr and secured it at a price we thought would not be accepted. She provided so many useful contacts and became a friend of the family. My daughters still use her 'bunny stairs' in their bathroom four years later. With much regret Shelia also sold the same house for us in 2013 when it was time to move on. Thankfully, her help securing it at a competitive price meant that we walked away richer rather than poorer even after all taxes and fees had been settled. She may buy low, but she sells high! I am glad to say that we remain in contact with Shelia even though we now live in the United Kingdom. If I ever get to return to New Canaan I know one thing is for sure, Sheila is buying the house for me.
